Worry Review: Unexpectedly Positive Experience at Arby’s
I’m concerned.
I walked into Arby’s expecting the usual: mild disappointment, maybe a lukewarm curly fry, a soda machine out of my favorite flavor. But that’s not what happened. Not at all.
The food? Was food. Honest-to-goodness food. Warm, assembled properly, no mystery sauces where they didn’t belong. I bit into my sandwich and actually enjoyed it. That’s not part of the deal I signed up for.
Even more unsettling? The service was fast. Like… suspiciously fast. I barely had time to open my Arby’s app coupon before my name was called. No eye rolls. No mumbled “we’re out of that.” Just pure, competent efficiency. Frankly, I don’t know who trained this staff, but someone needs to check if they’re okay.
And don’t even get me started on the atmosphere. Clean tables. Soft lighting. Relaxing music playing overhead that didn’t make me feel like I was trapped in an elevator from 2006. I almost stayed longer just to rest. This is fast food, not a spa. Let’s not blur the lines, Arby’s.
In conclusion, everything went right, and I’m not sure how to feel about that. If this keeps happening, I might have to start recommending Arby’s unironically—and I don’t know if I’m ready for that kind of emotional commitment.

Tonight I went to Arby's and ordered two double cheesy bacon burgers and a large curly fry. The girl asks if I want the meals, I say no and repeat my order again. I go up to the window, pay and get my food and drive home. I sit down to eat annnd no bacon on either burger. I double checked the receipt and yep, it said bacon, which means I was charged for it. So if your order gets taken by an employee named Khee, double check before you drive away. Not cool, lady.

They got every single part of our order wrong. First, we had to go thru twice because they forgot our mac and cheese bites. Then, the fries were ice cold and we ordered a medium, but got a small that wasn't even half full, not to mention, half of the fries that were there were curly fries and we ordered crinkle cut. And to top it all off we ordered two regular sliders and a jalepeno slider, but only got 3 regular sliders. And their service was just awful, they took forever to take our order and when they handed it out to us they didn't say a single word at all, very awkward.

Slowest I've ever been go 30 minutes to get Mt food had me pull forward and still got the order wrong this isn't the first time if only they could stand up to the other arbys

Food was cold and sandwiches just "thrown" together. Conversations between employees were loud enough to be heard in the dining room and using the F bomb toward another was inappropriate for a public place of employment where customers are. We have no plans on returning to that location.

It seems like the quality of service here keeps declining. Food is sub par at best. Never warm when you get it. Last 3 times I have come to this one the cashier at the window doesn't know how to make change...
