I come here frequently with friends and family and have never had a bad experience! Our server Dawn is such a delight and makes our time spent there worth every nickel and dime! Dawn is always making sure each individual is well taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Furthermore she is well educated on the food and drink selections and is always recommending the best choices based on our likes and dislikes! I look forward for my next visit!

Dawn was our waitress. We've been there many times but it was the first time she was our waitress. Extremely polite, knowledgable and very friendly. She had other tables but never failed. She had insightful advice on our drink selection. Best waitress at Big E's. We will visit again!
I come in often for the great food. And laid back atmosphere. Often times Dawn is my server. She does a great job of keeping us entertained and refilling beverages. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

We went here because my son was attracted to the little arcade like machines at the time. I have a two year old and he’s pretty fussy. Our waiters name was Dawn and she was great with him and us. She was so patient and provided caring and excellent service. I ordered a beverage that I thought would be good and I hated it so she recommended a drink that I loved and didn’t charge me for the one I hated. Dawn was quick and kind and we can’t wait to come back for their pizza pinwheels! My son loved them!

Dawn was extremely disrespectful. Dawn needs to lose her attitude. The nickel and dime for everything. She could have told me that they charge extra for sides ($2). She overcharged us for food/beverage. Does Dawn not know who to add the meal in the system. I would never recommend this place as it’s a huge money pit. I would never return.

We were at big es in holland on st Patrick's day, with 11 people. The place was half empty and the service was terrible, our food was cold, and they didn't even ask if we needed more drinks. Don't recommend this place to anyone. The manager acted like there was nothing wrong.

Fish was great. Friday night is ALL YOU CAN EAT pollock for 14.99 with potato chips :( 2$ up charge for fries.. 16.99 with the fries. 3 pieces to start with the fries.Fries were good tho with it. Pinwheel appetizers so fluffy n magical next time I would get the pinwheels alone with the spicy ranch that comes with it normally ... OMG so good!!!!if you're craving pizza you can get cauliflower crust. My husband is gluten free. Was the best food I've had for a while. Service was pretty good. For how busy it was, I was surprised how attentive the server was. I reordered fish 3 times. 2 pieces at a time at reordering.Good music tonight. Environment was friendly. Nobody bumped into me. All around I will definitely be back for the fish on Friday and the pinwheels when I'm craving just pizza alone seriously they changed something since they reopened!
