We are traveling and always have a hard time finding gluten free options, especially bakery items. We were so excited to find Bliss Bakery on our way. Amazing lemon bars and cinnamon rolls. The coffee was great too ☕️
The customer service is top notch, in addition to delicious baked goods. I placed an online order that encountered shipping issues resulting in my order not being as fresh as it should have been. My new favorite thing to do is buy a pan of Bliss cinnamon rolls as they are the best gluten free ones I’ve ever had. Then cut them up and freeze them individually. When you want a delicious dessert take one out and warm it up till it’s hot. Then put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it. Hudsonsville extra creamy is what I recommend. A restaurant style dessert with minimal effort whenever you want!
