Fabulous dinner. Went for my besties birthday. The food and drinks were awesome. Service was so so, but I think we came in the middle of shift change. I would highly recommend it. Make sure you make a reservation!

I had a great experience with Boatwerks. My server is pretty nice, the food came out at a good time. And they have a pretty good menu with it being small but yet theirs something for everyone. Really recommend to anyone going there.

Great location and view!! Strolled in the middle of happy hour on a Thursday. Approximately 4pm - seated in the dining room with a great server, Steve informed us happy hour specials are only available in the bar area - so, we sadly left his area & were sat at a high top in the area. Also, with a great view. After all, who wouldn't want happy hour specials during happy hour??? Exactly why we were there for $3 off appetizers and $1 off signature drinks!! Bartender didn't seem too thrilled for the opportunity to serve us. But, we rolled with it. After all we are in the public business as well & restaurant alumni service industry & wanted to eat & drink like queens of happy hour!! Mmmm the Cold duck speciality drink we highly recommend!! We are the delicious appetizerS; calamari, shrimp cocktail, & the warm goat cheese dip (could've had a few more pieces of toasted baguette) but, was ohhhh so delicious, arrived hot, & fabulous plate presentation!!! Despite the less than enthusiastic service via being seated in the bar & wishing we could've had Steve as our server along with happy hour prices... we'll be back!

Beautiful atmosphere. The walleye is delightful. This is my ho to every birthday. The pizza is good too and you can drive up in your boar to grab some to cruise on the lake

Spur of the moment choice, we wanted something on the lake and this turned out to be a good choice. I want to say this may have been the absolute best garden side salad I've ever had! It had the 'garden' covered and then some - tomatoes, carrot shreds, cucumber, sugar snap peas and a nice greens mix to boot, give me this salad and a grilled chicken breast and that's my meal!That said, I also had the the prime rib beef sandwich, and although small in stature, it was quite tasty but I had to ask for horseradish - that should be an automatic with a sandwich like this, but our very gracious waitress brought it out post haste.

Food was AMAZING. Great views. But there was a long strand of hair on my napkin. Few short hairs too. Glad i saw it before using it. I would advise to ask for disposable napkins not reused napkins.

My husband and I live in Waterford Mi and we like to visit Holland MI at least once a year. We always have dinner at Bostwerks as the-food is outstanding and the service top of the line. We have a visit planned in June. We are very much looking forward to another dinner there with you.

I had the 14 ounce ribeye and it was cooked to perfection, this was my first time there but definitely won't be the last. The deep fried hard-boiled eggs with chimichurri and the Brussel sprouts were excellent as well.
Had a very nice dinner with friends this past weekend. We had the candied bacon brussel sprouts and calamari for appetizers. As for dinner tried the blackened chicken wrap, French dip, shrimp tacos and Tuscan Turkey sandwich. My friend also friend the lazy leprechaun drink and we loved it. Service was excellent and very friendly.

I expected more from this place. I heard many great things about it. Yes, it is a nice place, great ambiance, inside and out. Service was fantastic too. But the food was mediocre. I got the prime rib, only available on Friday and Saturday. It looked good, but was tasteless. The calamari appetizer was greasy. Dessert got a great review as did the maritini and the mahi mahi. The check came and gave me sticker shock. I'll be back because I like the ambience, and the beers are reasonably priced, but next time I'll stick to a hamburger. Cheaper and harder to screw up.

Team did a great job accommodating my wedding party. Food was good and the staff was friendly. Management did a nice job of kind of staying around the outside of our private room in a non intrusive way, this was highly appreciated for last minute requests that were unexpected.
