My boyfriend and I visited for the first time recently, and I was really excited to try this place because the atmosphere and location are great. We chose to sit at the bar and ordered drinks, but despite it not being very busy, it took over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and get menus and drinks.

Booked a table online for Valentines Day dinner. They cancelled the reservation 3 days before Valentine’s Day on what I’m told was 164 reservations as they were overbooked. Didn’t call anyone to tell them they no longer had a table. I called when I saw the email from OpenTable cancelling it and was told I’d receive a call today. No call. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Manager stated it wasn’t their fault. No options given. We’re just out of luck...read full review
We use to love going to boatwerks but not so much anymore.
Slow service.
We ordered food and my husbands came out and mine was wrong. Wrong steak and wrong sides.
The bartender messed up the order. By the time mine came out my husband was already done eating his. So much for a nice date night dinner.
Waiting 10 plus minutes at the bar to even be noticed was ridiculous! Then the whole food mess up.
Never even got asked for a second drink.
