Everytime I come to this location specifically for some slush flavor, they’re out of the new flavor, charge me for a large, then when I get to the window hand me a small and say they only have coke and all their sizes are small. I went to the Saugatuck location off the highway to see if they had large or medium sizes and they serve perfectly everytime with medium and larges and tell me if they’re out… does this location just follow their own procedure and charge people what they feel??

Seems like every burger King already has fries sitting for people. They are not dropped fresh WHEN U ORDER. Seems like same thing with sandwiches. Never get a HOT meal. I personally wouldn't have a problem waiting xtra FOR FRESH FOOD!!!

Great fresh hot food. The man at the first window complimented my shirt which was nice and made me feel welcome. I got my food but I did not get the ranch, ketchup or mayonnaise that I asked for when ordering. I’m smart enough to not drive off though and check and then a young lady gave me the condiments I needed and everyone was nice. No napkins as well which is always disappointing. They were very busy but quick.

Didn't correctly take order so the order couldn't be filled correctly
On two different trips, I had to go through both drive thru lanes just to pick up my mobile order. I have even tried calling them by phone from the pickup window, it goes to voicemail. I've learned if you honk at the speaker, you get attention. Claim issues with headsets, what about just looking at screen?
