My daughter and I absolutely love this place! All I have to say is, "baja," and she instantly perks up. The food is great! Our experience with the staff has always been outstanding. Would love to see them in their own stand-alone building someday. The only negative is that darn drive thru speaker ? ?
I often forget about how good this place is, even though it is pretty close to my home. I'm never disappointed when I eat here. It is structured like Qdoba/Chipotle — you build your own creation based on the ingredients they have. I do prefer this over Qdoba and Chipotle for one very specific reason: the Quesada. Baja Grill is one of our favorite spots for quesadillas & burritos. We really like the "create your own" part of the menu because we have some picky eaters in our family. Some like spicy, some do not, & Baja Grill has something for both pallettes.Love their homemade chips & salsa/queso.Always receive great service, even when we make a mistake during ordering.Thank you!
