This location is a mess. It took 15 minutes to get food. Lady behind the counter constantly yelling at the people making food. She yells out what she needs then when it gets made she doesn't know what it is or where it's supposed to go. She's lost and yelling for the entire lobby to hear.I would not suggest eating here during lunch. It's faster to drive across town or go somewhere else.

Tonight on Wednesday, 3/20/24 I walked into the restaurant at 9:00 pm. I stood at the counter for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Both employees that I saw, a man and a woman, looked over at me a few times. The woman walked past me several times, NEITHER ONE took my order or even spoke to me. Then they both watched me walk out the door without ever being served at 9:26 pm. This was without exception the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN ANY RESTAURANT IN ANY STATE I'VE BEEN IN!! The owner is free to check the security cameras if they think I am exaggerating. I would give ZERO STARS if it were allowed.

Sadly multiple times they have ignored allergy requests for no tomatoes and constantly forget to put ordered food in the bag in the drive thru. Spent 40 dollars on food for my family, missing fries and cheesy tots, 8pc chicken fries only had 6, and both honey mustard wraps had tomatoes when the no tomato was even written on the wrapper. I was a bk employee for over 2 years at this location, I know the job isn't hard. They weren't busy. It's just lack of effort or care plain and simple

I got onion rings and the thing was filled up halfway and was SOGGY. Like nasty soggy . Same thing with the nuggets they were soft and cold. I paid for extra sauce and I literally only got that when I put other sauces . They missed 4 sauces and threw in whatever they could find . Like I paid for 4 ranch only got two of them . Yall betta be ashamed bc as someone who works in fast food I would never serve this food like this . Straight up nasty and will not be getting my money again ??

Would you guys please stop hiring karens. They completely messed up the order I ordered chicken nuggets and they got me a cheese burger. The ambiance is not good because all of the employees are screaming at the top of their lungs. When I tried to get them to get me chicken nuggets after the mess up one of the karen employees strait up assaulted me and screamed, "well have you ever heard the phrase, you get what you get and you don't throw a fit." She was being a straight up savage karen, when the cops arrived, oh you can just imagine that she got karma'd, she was forced to make me chicken nuggets while detained, and then got arrested, and I'm pretty sure she's in jail for at least a year.
