The Holland Chick-fil-A is always A+ place to go! The food is wonderful The staff is great, love to see management getting involved and getting their hands dirty and working alongside their employees. I've never had one single bed experience here.

Exceptionally excellent service! Very nice and VERY accommodating employees and hot fresh food!! Manager even gave my 2 kids free kids meals cards out of thevkindness of his heart!! Best experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A and almost all locations I've been to are excellent!! This one tops those though as the best one I've ever been to.

I had a bad experience on monday night, and im not usually the type to go out of my way to complain, but i did this time. Katie quickly called me and personally apologized, and explained that the kids involved with my bad experience would be talked to about it. I appreciate the fast action and on top of that, I was given a free meal for the trouble! I’ve never had a bad experience here before that, so it was a bit shocking to me, but i’m so happy they fixed it quickly :)

I am so impressed! BRETT was an amazing host.He was efficient, cheerful, accurate and if I still was in business I'd try and steal him away from you!
Waited thirty minutes for inedible food, was given a free sandwich coupon to “fix it.”
