Booked a tour and was absolutely blown away with how great it was. Walk in and they encourage a beverage for the tour. While the facility is small (as most barrels are stored off site) it was still a great tour lasting about an hour. Our guide was great and we were able to taste some great spirits. Afterwards we stayed and had some food. We ended up making friends with another couple that was there and plan on staying in touch. We will also be going back for another tour...
I expected good drinks, but these are some of the best I’ve ever had. The espresso martini is fantastic and the old fashioned is worth my drive from the Detroit area.
But the food is where I was really surprised! The whitefish and salmon dips are incredible. The pretzels are made locally and are prepared to be fluffy and perfect. Even the grilled cheese sandwich is possibly the best I’ve ever had.

Wow! Where to start? We were blown away! I have to admit I am a food and drink connoisseur who is not often blown away….but this place has craft and personality!!!! My gin and tonic flight was a first for me!!! Brilliant idea! Absolutely DELICIOUS! I want this to be heard loud and clear - this was AMAZING! Perfectly paired and beautifully garnished! I am IMPRESSED! My husband tried the Summer old fashioned and the Manhattan and loved them both! Great service and ambiance...
