Was pretty disappointed in my experience tonight. Ordered on the app for 6:10-6:40 pick up, I got there and hit “I’m here”. I then waited in the packed lobby area. There was a screen displaying a pick up queue but there were people getting called who weren’t on the screen and my name never appeared there. My phone said I was 10th in line and made it down to 4th in line but then after waiting over 20 minutes my phone showed I was now back to 10th in line. I waited again...
