I wasn't upset that my burger was made incorrectly. And, I wasn't at all mad at the cashier. We had a long and confusing order. What did upset me was the attitude of the other two people that felt compelled to treat me poorly and berate the cashier who placed my order. Nothing bad happened and the cashier promptly fixed the error. Overall, I would say that I had a great experience with my family. The atmosphere was great, the servers were polite and efficient. The guy at the counter was awesome. I'm 44 and never had Culver's. It's really good. And I hate krinkle cut fries, but these are really good. And the fried cheese curds. Delicious. But kudos to the staff. They rocked on Saturday night! And the concrete mixer. Wow. Thumbs up from this gal!
We had to pick up an order for door dash, there was 2 young females working inside being very loud and playing around flirting with the boy there arguing about who is closing in the future, I asked for my order and was told it wasn't done. After 10 minutes of waiting for my order a young man came up asked me if I had been helped I told him what I needed and he turned around and grabbed the order that was sitting in the windows the whole time! It was the order I was waiting...
