I made an online order for 10 pizzas tonight, filled in the correct pickup time for tomorrow evening, but the site somehow defaulted my order to pickup TONIGHT! I called the location immediately to try and change the pickup date and time, and was on hold for the entire time it took to make all 10 pizzas. I was trying yo give the benefit of the doubt but after 3 failed orders in a few month period, I’m finally reviewing.
The last 3 times we have tried to order we had something screwed up. This last one my Mom ordered food only to have it be cancelled. They at least called to let us know… but the lady also said they didn’t have enough ingredients for what we wanted and delivery was a 3 hour wait. No asking us if we wanted to pick it up if change our order.
