$80 order for pickup. Just after the Dominos estimated ready time, I arrived and checked in at the store on the app and used the option to have it brought out to me. Then they closed the order as complete while I watched other people get their food with nothing coming out for our order. So I go in and the guy tells me they screwed up my order and are remaking it. The store is a mess. They weren’t going to bother to tell me but they sure made sure they marked the order complete in their system to cover themselves. Then the guy brings out my food, 25 minutes later than Dominoes quoted, and it’s a bunch of small boxes stacked up with sauces on top, no bags, just loose small boxes so it’s going to fly all over my car. We got one pizza and a bunch of food that uses the long boxes and they couldn’t be bothered to bag it up. Plus the guy is by himself, hands full, so he’s not able to actually able to do anything but stand there. Fast food provides better service.

i never received my pizza delivery, the driver never showed up and i waited for over an hour and a half only to realize the driver had marked my order complete and it was too late for me to get any food at all because everything else was closed.

Absolute horrendous customer service at this store. This is the second time in the past few weeks that I’ve placed an order for delivery, they wait over an hour or more & then call & say “Oh, we’re short staffed, we don’t have anyone to bring it to you.. Do you want to come pick it up? Or just cancel the order? ARE YA’LL DUMB OR STUPID AT THIS LOCATION? NOT MY PROBLEM OR MY FAULT THAT YOU’RE SHORT STAFFED. WHY WOULD I WANT TO COME PICK UP A PIZZA I ORDERED FOR DELIVERY?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. MAYBE DONT TAKE THE ORDER AT ALL IF IT CANT BE FULFILLED! Management at this location is completely incompetent & need to be fired immediately.

Placed my order at 10:30(they close at midnight on this particular day) took 45 minute to even get on the road. Took another 40 minutes to deliver the pizza 3 minutes down the road, there was no knock on my door( pizza was left in the snow) and the breadsticks I ordered were literally dough…not even exaggerating. Please don’t spend your hard earned, US currency at this establishment. Go to the north side!!!!
