Staff were great! No one on cell phones. Every staff doing their job. Communicating with each other. The cook cleaned the stove twice while I was there. The other staff cleaning the tables and sweeping. As soon as a customer walked in, staff went to the register and was ready to take their order.

Just wanted to say the staff at the West Shore Drive in Michigan go above and beyond. I called because I had an issue through the Uber app! They assist with empathy and kindness. Thank you from one tires and stressed out mom.

The crew working around 1pm Sat June 21st were very nice! I come here a lot and the workers often are pleasant. Only thing is often the tables will have crumbs or the occasional pop ring on them even at slower hours. Nothing that really bothers me. Food is great and came out speedy like always.
