We did a pasta making class at Galleria with Chef Sacha for our anniversary. It was an absolute blast. We learned how to make delicious pasta and got recipes to make it again at home. It was such a fun experience. I would recommend it to anyone!

Went for an intimate, chef-curated dinner celebrating family and good friends. The Galleria venue was perfect, full open bar, beautiful art, and our dining table situated by a crackling fire while snow fell outside. Six courses with wine pairings, guided by Chef Ratti, were an absolute treat as he artfully wove together culinary influences from various corners of the world. The third course was a butternut squash and fennel soup with subtle habanero spice, finished with truffle oil - we've been fortunate to enjoy meals in fantastic restaurants around the world and the whole dining party was in awe - this soup was truly unforgettable. Our hats' off to the Chef for making the entire experience a special one for our history books. For a memorable small-group palate-adventure on the West Michigan shoreline, for perhaps for an ideal group size of 6-10 folks, this is it. I've not encountered anything else like it.

Owner (she) was very difficult to work with for our event. Impossible to get a hold of. Overpriced for low quality of service for Mimosa bar. She was very unprofessional and rude. Don't recommend for hosting an event.

The place is cute to visit, there’s beautiful art work and location is nice. Parking lot is not ideal. To host an event at, I most definitely would NOT recommend. The price to host a Bridal Shower was $300 (which isn’t a bad price). The owner made it impossible to get ahold of leading up to the event. We tried to get ahold of her multiple times to come up and see the venue so we knew what we were working with. It was impossible to get on the phone with her or set up a time to see the venue leading up to the event. Finally, we were able to get ahold of her and plan to set up the night before. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience because she had family at home, even though the commitment to set up the night before was already pre-planned. She rushed us out of there and made it seem like we were only supposed to drop items off even though the event was the next day. She argued with us about setting up the next morning because she said “you don’t need that much time to set up”. The next day, she was supposed to be at the venue at 9:45AM for us to set up (since she rushed us out the night before) and didn’t show up until after 10:00 AM which was 2 hours right before our event and we had to rush again because we didn’t have enough time the night before either. NEXT, there’s the mimosa bar! She required us to have mimosas through her because of their liquor license which was ok too. HOWEVER, she charged $15 a guest drinking mimosas and claimed those guests would have a fair serving of each champagne/juices and garnishments. She showed up with 7 bottles of SMALL champagne bottles (please see picture of the bottles that were provided) and when we asked her, she said “I have 4 more bottles I can bring” which adds up to 11 SMALL bottles of champagne. We had 15 people drinking mimosas with only 11 bottles, she charged $225, each bottle filled up ONE mimosa flute, there was no garnishments AND no one serving. If you’re paying this price, you would expect someone at the very least to SERVE the mimosas AND having enough to serve 15 people with more than ONE bottle each as she promised. She was extremely unprofessional, difficult to work with, everything we asked for was an argument of right/wrong. All I will say is, if you choose to go through this venue, make sure EVERY LITTLE THING is put into writing. All of her “promises” and little things she says, have it in writing and signed. We gave her the benefit of the doubt but were extremely disappointed with her professionalism overall. Thankfully, once she left, the negativity left with her. We were able to enjoy the ambiance, our guest loved my families decorations that they worked so hard putting together and everything else my family put together to make my bridal shower come to life!

I highly do not recommend Galleria in Holland.

Our favorite restaurant by a long shot. It is always such a treat being able to have a meal here. Sacha, Fernando and staff go above and beyond. The food is always phenomenal and the overall experience is absolutely exceptional. We are so lucky to have this gem right here in west Michigan.

We held our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Galleria the weekend of 9/30/2023. After meeting Pamela and Sacha in early 2023, we decided to hold our wedding at Galleria because of the artistic atmosphere, amazing food, and ability to customize our wedding reception chef's table. Pamela and Sacha were incredibly accommodating and worked with us to create an amazing tasting menu and wine pairings for our 16 guests that helped showcase our favorite meals as a couple. Sacha worked hard to achieve all of our crazy foodie dreams and suggestions in executing the menu, culminating in a very special seafood ravioli! We were allowed to visit the restaurant multiple times leading up to the big day to trial food, measure the space, plan decor, and brainstorm ideas to create our perfect day. The day-of service was flawless, the staff was incredibly attentive, and Pamela was there to ensure everything went smoothly from the ceremony to the reception. The food was truly impeccable, with many of our guests saying that this was the best meal of their lives.Thank you Pamela, Sacha, and the entire Galleria staff for helping make our wedding day amazing!

The quality of food here is inconsistent. It's nothing to write home about. Service is also inconsistent and at times quite inhospitable. The venue is neat but I could not possibly recommend it to anyone after my poor experiences. To respond to you... some of our negative experiences have been..We have had an order error with a friend who has a severe allergy.Once they forgot to put our order in for pizza, and we waited an hour+.Another time a course was brought to our table cold. Then basically the last straw was when you quoted one price and then changed it.No restuarant is perfect and I did not complain until the last incident of the inaccurate pricing.Again the venue is neat and not every experience is bad but there is inconsistency.

Not going to lie, I am there once a week, minimum. Definitely my favourite place to eat in Holland after moving here from NYC. It is a requirement to order the garlic bread. Between the menu, the specials, the chef, and overall staff, it’s always an amazing experience. I’m always bringing whoever I can to join me! ?

EMILY as well as Onia D did a great job of serving and taking care of the wedding reception we attending at this great establishment. Wonderful food, great atmosphere, as well as a very kind and understanding staff and management. We would gladly return if ever in the area ... And would recommend the Galleria to anyone traveling through Holland, Michigan!

We enjoyed the chickem parm and a pizza. My daughter said it was her favorite pizza. The staff was friendly. The menu is small but all items on it sounded delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable. We will definitely be back.
