Brew Merchant offers a good selection of cocktails at reasonable prices, with great staff and atmosphere. While the food options are limited, there is a wide variety of beers available, though some may be higher in alcohol content and served in smaller pours. The wine selection is a bit lacking but there is a decent whisky selection. During busy events, plastic cups are used which may affect the experience. The venue is not very wheelchair accessible, with limited table service in certain areas. The hall is spacious and beautiful, perfect for hosting events. The staff is attentive and ensures a fabulous experience. The future plans include building an outside setting and having food trucks on weekends, making it a promising spot to enjoy a drink, like the refreshing Shorts Hopstache.
