We did a pasta making class at Galleria with Chef Sacha for our anniversary. It was an absolute blast. We learned how to make delicious pasta and got recipes to make it again at home. It was such a fun experience. I would recommend it to anyone!
Went for an intimate, chef-curated dinner celebrating family and good friends. The Galleria venue was perfect, full open bar, beautiful art, and our dining table situated by a crackling fire while snow fell outside. Six courses with wine pairings, guided by Chef Ratti, were an absolute treat as he artfully wove together culinary influences from various corners of the world. The third course was a butternut squash and fennel soup with subtle habanero spice, finished with truffle...
Our favorite restaurant by a long shot. It is always such a treat being able to have a meal here. Sacha, Fernando and staff go above and beyond. The food is always phenomenal and the overall experience is absolutely exceptional. We are so lucky to have this gem right here in west Michigan.
