We had driven all day to get to Holland and wanted a quick bite before we called the day. We had our dog with us, so that complicated things. My wife had spotted the Havana Grill as we drove to our hotel right down the street. We called to verify our dog was welcome on the patio and then went there for dinner. I had the costilla frita (fried ribs with sides) and my wife had a burrito dish. My wife did not care for here burrito, but I ate the leftovers a couple days later and thought...

The food in general terms was good, the service did leave a lot to be desired, only once the waitress came up to ask if we needed anything, on the other hand at the time of paying they included the tip which I don't understand if the tip is voluntary

Food is amazing. Never had Central American food before Havan Grill. Not just Cuban dishes but a mixture of food from all over Central America. The owner is a great wonderful man with much more than food to over. Wisdom and knowledge is also available here once you meet Don Pedro.
