Honestly, its the best hole in the wall restaurant I've found in Holland. Very under rated for the quality and price of their food, and all the service they provide. Not too intrusive though, they're great at making a chill experience for everyone. Highly recommend for any time of the day, with any sized group. Their app also has quite generous rewards, free food is always nice :)

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with our experience at HopCat. It took about 10–15 minutes for a server to come to our table on a Sunday afternoon when the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I specifically asked for no cheese on my burger, but it came out with cheese. They took it back and brought it out less than five minutes later, saying it had been remade, but it was clear that the cheese had simply been taken off.

Was sitting at the bar on Sept 11th around 4:30, the staff was more concerned with chatting with their friends than waiting on their customers. I was sitting at the bar listening to their conversation about how bad their tips were. I honestly can see why. Your tips are a direct reflection of your service, if you don’t want to wait on people, get a new job. This is not a reflection of the chain, but more so of the attitudes of the staff at this location. I take 1 star...
