Unexpectedly delightful place! Also not itty bitty anymore, actually quite spacious and not too loud for conversations. Every app and meal my party of 6 tried was delicious. They have rotating lunch and dinner specials.
Service was great, ordered the mussels and was honestly impressed at first, but unfortunately there wasn’t any pork belly, ontop of that they reduced the sauce way too much, crustinis were way too hard had to soak them in the very limited amount of sauce, was extremely salty due to being reduced so far, but the flavors are there they just have to tweak the amount of sauce they give you and disperse the salt content more evenly, other then that 10/10
Everything about this dive bar is excellent. Had the burger and feature of tuna with peanut sauce. Amazing! Also shared the Grandma's Peanut Butter Pie which was right idea - definitely enough to split with 3 to 4 people. Not a rich Peanut butter either. Had Paige as our server and she gave recommendations and answered all our questions. Super duper friendly. Please, go here! Mondays are also triva night too!
