I really enjoyed their 9-grain sub bun, but they no longer offer it - and their wheat bread just isn't the same, or as good. I've left two locations empty-handed - thinking they were just out of the whole wheat bun - before learning that they don't offer it. Too bad - JJ used to be my favorite sub stop.

I had my hands full so I asked if they could put the sandwiches in a bag to make it easier to carry to my car. They set a bag next to my sandwiches and walked away. Poor customer service.
