When my daughter has to have treatments, we go to the clinicAfterward we have a tradition to go eat at a new place.This time, we chose Los Ranchos in Holland Michigan.Our service was impeccable.The gentleman who took our order has great presence. He smiled a genuine smile.I didn't know how to pronounce some of the words, so I pointed to the picture of what I would like.The gentleman, without missing a beat, said, " I do it that way too.He laughed at himself when he forgot the utensils.After a few more first-time restaurants, we will definitely go back. The food was yummy.

Margaritas were great food was on point couldn't ask for a better date
What an improvement! I came here twice after it opened and gave a low rating each time. The owners must have listened to customers because, Wow! 1. Previously the seats were pushed so close to the booth tables that the table was up against my rib cage when I sat down and my wife, being a few inches shorter and with more chest, didn’t fit at all! They removed some booths and now there is a normal comfortable gap between the bench and the booth table. 2. The original menu was pricier than the restaurant deserved. This is good Mexican food here — probably not the best in town and Holland isn’t known for Mexican food — but it’s good. The previous prices and small portion sizes way exceeded the quality. Now you can get a reasonably-portioned lunch entree for $10, so $30-$35 for lunch for two with soft drinks, tax, and tip. 3. Even when I rated them poorly after my first two visits, I complimented their drink selection and their ambience. Those have remained strong. I didn’t think I’d go back, but I’m glad I did. With these improvements, I will add this place to this list of local Mexican places that are worth supporting. Thanks for the improvements! Keep it up!

Just under awesome, slight changes would give 5 stars. Quesadilla was loaded with chicken but light on cheese. Refried beans were bland. Server forgot straws, was slow on return and forgot to-go cup. No refill on chips and salsa. Atmosphere is too open felt like a cafeteria not a cozy restaurant. Kids meals are $7 but overall fed 4 for $40.

It's nice to have a good Mexican restaurant on the Southside of Holland. I met some friends for drinks after work and got food to take home. I ordered the Quesa Fundido (heated up when I got home) and it was delicious! The service was great and the beer was cold!
