My wife and I used this McAlister’s location to cater our wedding - catering service was great, especially the catering coordinator. Food was perfect for what we wanted, and we had a great amount for a 65+ person event, and the staff was great about helping us figure out the right amounts to buy, as well as providing the variety of options that we wanted. Delivery and set up was on time and went smoothly, and the presentation of the food was great. It was also the most affordable of the catering options we considered. Overall, we would highly recommend the food & catering service here

Short staff, inexperienced cashier. 1person in the kitchen at suppertime, 10 people waiting to order or pickup order. Manager had to go help in the kitchen and then come out front to help fill orders. Wifes sandwich order was 12”, not 6 “. usually order is ready in 15m, more than 1/2 hour. On the plus side the manager was very apologetic. Didnt complain but my review reflects facts. I felt sorry for the manager.

I just had lunch that I picked up at the window. I ordered a sweet tea and Caesar salad--no chicken. My salad had chicken, my tea was unsweet and I didn't receive a straw.

This food is really good. My initial comment was that they cut down their portion sizes. It looks great today! Luckily it was just that one time. Will continue to support this place and can’t wait until the one in Muskegon goes up!
We were kind of mislead they make Stacked Sandwiches will tell you you won't be disappointed by how much they put on your sandwich but if you're expecting a sub bun that's not how they do it

The “ham/cheese melt” was worth the money. The chicken tortilla soup - meh🫤 Too much gelatin and not enough flavoring or chicken.
