We loved Mizu Sushi so much that we went there twice during our trip. We loved the variety of roll options and the restaurant is open slightly later than most others. The second time we went it was during a festival and everything seemed more disorganized so on a normal night it’s much better.
Being vegan, we often default to Asian restaurants when eating out, so we expected this to be another typical sushi joint. We were pleased to discover that Mizu Sushi was not typical! We got Edamame, veggie egg roll (vegetarian, not vegan) and veggie tempura along with a few different veggie sushi rolls. Everything was excellent; distinctively better than the majority of similar restaurants we’ve dined at.

I don't know if it was because it was Japanese food, but it was very crowded. The menu is wide and I think it's a decent Japanese restaurant, but it's still a bit different. I would like to see the arrangement become a little more beautiful. Let's also study sake a little more.
