I ordered a pizza with no cheese and asked for extra sauce so my pizza wouldn't be dry. What I got was a pizza with basically no sauce at all and then a bunch of sauce at the edge near the crust. Not the best pizza experience.

Try to order online and the system will not place the correct order; not the employees fault at all, however, the one who claims to be the manager essentially blows you off and doesn't even try to make the issue right. This is basic customer service, do what you can to make it right within the limits of your authority and escalate as needed.
