Went to the drive thru to place an order. Things went well, or so I thought, but when I was handed my iced latte it was in an unusual cup. I thanked the barista and drove off due to a car behind me. I notice my drink was hot…I have never turned around before to complained due to a mix up or not being heard. But since I had time and I wanted my usual ice coffee I just went in a circle, got behind the car that was behind me to begin with and waited. The barista open the door and I politely said I’m sorry but I ordered an ice latte. She rudely told me I did not and said she make another and slammed the drive thru window in my face as she left rolling her eyes at me. Not once was I rude or made an effort to point out she had made a mistake. So I decided to just drive off and not return if that’s the kind of service that’s acceptable to deliver to customers. I think this barista needs to rethink a career in customer service. I don’t care if you’re having a bad morning, day or night. Leave your issues at home when you go to work.

I frequent the north side location and the staff there is so friendly and fast! Coffee is always delicious and they always have at least 2 gluten free muffin options. I also use the refillable container for coffee beans so I can enjoy Simpatico coffee at home! Thank you for so many options

Wonderful employees but definitely the worst latte I've purchased. So bitter and just unpleasant. I ordered a triple shot almond milk latte, no flavors. Good coffee/espresso should should not require syrup to make it taste better.

Simpatico is an awesome coffee shop. All of their baked goods are made by their baker and staff. And, the coffee is delicious!
Parking: There aren't very many parking spaces but there is almost always one available.

Great coffee. Hours are a bit deceiving though. Went there to finish my work day and I felt rushed to leave at 4:55PM as they said their cafe hours are different and close at 5PM not 6PM. I wonder if there is a way to make that more clear for customers. Just a suggestion, thanks again for the coffee!☕️

Besides the excellent coffee, they also have delicious, gluten free items and the best mint iced tea.
The coffee is so good. No bite, just smooth. I like this place because I can sit and read and drink coffee and not feel like I am being rushed. Comfortable places to sit.
