Nowhere else in town comes close. This place uses higher quality ingredients. If they don’t make their tortillas from scratch then they’ve got me fooled. They taste every bit as good as those made by friend from Ciudad Juarez who’s family has been making them for untold generations. They don’t bother with “hot” or “mild” salsa here. This is our go-to for authentic Mexican food. The carne asada tacos are pretty much a staple in our house. The enchiladas verdes (with chicken) is spicy and loaded with chicken. We’ve been coming here for over a decade. We’ve had their food at open houses and other large gatherings. We mostly order to-go, but there is always a good crowd eating in. It is not your typical Mexican restaurant with lots of color and atmosphere, but we don’t care, as long as the food is good!
