I’ve ordered from here a couple times and never had an issue. However, I ordered food from DoorDash on Wednesday and received food poisoning. When management AND owner were notified they were irate and rude. Would not recommend eating here.

Went to wok in wok out for the first time (Been living in Holland for the rest of my 21 years living here) I regret coming here. First when you walk in, you’re immediately greeted with bunch of stuff they’re selling like as if you’re walking into a market. But the whole place itself looks pretty nice. Second we were seated and the waiter was nice but I asked for a hot tea and water. He ended up bringing the water but never the tea and completely disappeared, so I couldn’t even ask him on the whereabouts of my tea. Third the food is was not good, they seemed to have less quality and more quantity foods. The food felt soggy, like they been left out for hours and the food tasted very bitter and a bit raw. The desserts were pretty good though. Lastly, the customer service wasn’t all that good either. The waiter would not come up to us at all to ask if we needed refills or anything, he just completely disappeared after sitting us and getting us drinks. Then when I was done with my food, the lady up at the register would not look or talk to me at all when I was paying for my bill. She just kept talking in another language to somebody in her earphones. Never asked how’s the food, ready to pay, how much the bill was, NOTHING. Just ignored me and kept talking to someone through her earphone. Fast forward a day later, I currently have food poisoning, and had to call in for work, and I truly believe because of the food I ate at wok in wok in. So anyone who’s wondering if they should come here DO NOT COME HERE. If anything go to Grand King Buffet, because they have better options of food, somewhat better customer service, and will NOT GIVE YOU FOOD POISONING

This place is the worst buffet I've ever had.
Over priced
Trust the reviews. I should have just turned around. As you walk up, all you see are shirts and purses like you're going into a boutique. Picture attached is at 12:05 pm on a thursday. 2 tables seated in whole restaurant. Nasty nasty food. Worlds cheapest uncooked garlic bread that was doughy. Fried rice is a joke. Beef and broccoli filled with CUCUMBERS???
Dessert was good, but the rest of it. However, despite being really bad, it is definitely not the worst chinese food I've ever had.
As for this place, one word sums it up. Yuck.
At least its cheap.
Try the strawberry shortcake, that is delicious!

My Nana came here with family today, and was feeling sick. When they started to leave, my Nana asked for a “To-Go-Box”. They told her, “No. You have to pay for that by the pound!” My poor Nana said, “But, I’ve already been eating this, and I already paid for my dinner! I just don’t feel very well right now, and I’d like to eat it later..”
They proceeded to demand more payment or they were throwing her leftovers out.
My Nana has been going to Wok N Wok Out since they first opened. For X-Mas’s, after shopping around, for family B-Day’s, and just because she loved this place.
Today, they treated her so bad, we will never eat here again.

First and foremost... the food is great for the price. No, it's not always steaming hot, but it's a buffet so get over it. However the biggest downfall... the establishment is a bit warm inside and they play the same 2 minute long song on repeat. I think it's psychological Warfare to help turn tables, but I could be wrong. If I lived in the area I would be back, to this friendly, tastey, clean establishment.

The people were amazing and very professional but it was the food that disappointed me. Kinda mid. And despite being in the pans under lights they were kinda cold. Unlike my drink that was warm. The place is small but very clean, again the people awesome. But the food....

Me and my wife absolutely love Chinese Buffet, we've been to all of them in the area and outside of Holland and this still is the absolute best in terms of quality of food and cleanliness. They have a much smaller selection than most buffets but it is WORTH the lack of options. They stick to what they are good at and it shows, it's the best tasting food I've ever had from a buffet.

It's a buffet, so the number of dishes is just right and the taste is above average. There's no specific flavor, so it's easy to eat. The price is not expensive, about $18 per person. Koreans will be very satisfied if they go there when they are tired of hamburgers.. haha
