My kids and I just went through the drive thru and the woman on the speaker was rude and yelling because "she couldn't hear me". We left, and most likely won't be back. Even my children said "wow, uncalled for".
Do not go to the Holly MI location.
I was missing a good chunk of my order. Called and the manager said he packed it himself, called me a liar and hung up on me. Tried calling back repeatedly. He wouldn't answer the phone and would pick it up and hang up. I drove back to get the rest of my order that I paid for and he wouldn't come speak with me. I didn't appreciate being called a liar. Finally offered $34 out of the $51 I spent and told me that was all my bill was and said...read full review
