This was my first visit to Biggby, and I was very impressed. Emily went above and beyond with her service. She prepared my coffee and bagel perfectly, was professional and welcoming, and even wrote my order on paper to put on the wall so she can remember it whenever I come back. That kind of personal touch is outstanding and something I have never seen before. Truly excellent service!
They provided me a great hot chocolate yesterday! Their hard work and positive attitude made my experience a positive one.
