There was a misunderstanding of what I ordered, when it got to the managers attention, Kathy , Mgr, started from the beginning of the misunderstanding and corrected the problem right away. The food was delicious, cooked and prepared to near perfect
I just love Applebee's. They train their staff fairly well and consistently. The food is always on point and fresh. I rarely find anything to complain about here and the steaks are consistently perfect.
I was just there on July 5th 2025 and had their rib dinner... the ribs were rubbery ... my husband had them also and his were also rubbery.. very chewie. tough to cut they even loosen my husbands dentures very disappointed
