I was extremely happy when I accidentally left my purse in Houghton Applebees, and returned to find it safely put away until I reclaimed it. I truly appreciate the honesty of the staff.
We arrived at 6:30 and expected an impossible wait because of the number of cars in the parking lot. Instead, it was ten minutes, and we were kept posted. The fish fry hit the spot, was crispy and delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere, as the restaurant was clean, in spite of being busy, and it was quiet enough to be able to hear each other.
There was a misunderstanding of what I ordered, when it got to the managers attention, Kathy , Mgr, started from the beginning of the misunderstanding and corrected the problem right away. The food was delicious, cooked and prepared to near perfect
