Pretty slow service , ordered a single burger no raw onions. Workers were visiting with comrades and ignored the calling out of my number. I wondered what's going on, I don't have all day. I went up and asked and everything was good after that. They have good ice cream here, did that a bunch in summer with my friend.
Better under the new management but seriously why do I now need to give a name for my order?? Like there’s a reason there’s order numbers and it also has no purpose at drive. Also at drive, I really don’t enjoy handing my phone inside to pay. At least twice my phone has came back greasy. Have the register on a stick like every other restaurant up here.
The Houghton location leaves a bit to be desired. All staff was not the rays of sunshine I’ve come to expect from the many other locations I’ve been to. Food seemed the same for the most part.
