Delicious dinner with spectacular views tonight. This was our first time at The Observatory and it did not disappoint. We had delicious cocktails and relaxed overlooking the canal with the bright fall 🍁 in full display. We shared the Cuban, the Observatory sandwiches and the Filet Bruschetta. All the food was extraordinary. Service was attentive and friendly. Thank you for the lovely dinner.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights and ate at the Observatory Lounge both evenings.
The staff was great, personable and professional. But their cheeseburger was to.die.for.!!! I had it both nights and highly recommend it. It's one on the best burgers I have even eaten...EVER.
Also...their margaritas are fresh tasting and delicious. No yucky mixes just tequila, agave and lime. Chefs kiss!

Absolutely love this place! The best cocktails and views in town all year round! Our favorite spot to catch up and enjoy the most delicious food and drinks! Andrea is the most incredible mixologist. I love her margarita and crop top. For food, I love their charcuterie board, salads, bbq pulled pork tacos, the Cuban, risotto, all so gooooood! Wish I could visit more often!
