We were in town for the Michigan Challenge Balloonfest and asked some local residents for suggestions to eat out and 2FOG's was one of the places. We parked in the free parking lot which is literally behind the restaurant and right by the entrance, which is through the alley. There is outdoor seating, but we didn't know where to check-in and finally the server cleaning tables came over and I asked if we can have a table for 2 inside. We went downstairs to the host stand...
What can I say this place was awesome! My wife had the chicken bourbon and I had the surf and turf. The 12 oz ribeye that came with the surf and turf I thought would be thicker and smaller but it turned out it was thinner and larger but yet the cook still did an amazing job and brought it out perfectly cooked to medium level which I enjoy. I had a flight of four draft beers after the meal which were delicious but I also had a glass of their Cabernet with the meal which paired...
Very nice, but hard to find speakeasy, great drinks, amazing food and atmosphere. So glad I found this place! Definitely going back to try some other options I was contemplating about!
