Don't order the chocolate shakes. Even my boys didn't like it. And they used to love the chocolate shake.

We used a coupon to get a meal for 2 including sandwiches, fries, drinks, cheese sticks and dessert for $15+ tax. You definitely don't leave hungry. I really enjoy their fish sandwiches during lent and they also have a good crispy chicken sandwich.

Riley was so polite and very very helpful, she helped to reccomend a few things when I didnt what to get. She was very easy to get along with, the food is not bad people overreact a lot I think, Riley made my day so great, really appreciate it, would go again

Order a mobile order of crinkle fries and other items but the crinkle fries had a couple on top and then the rest were curly fries when I called all the worker said was ok not sorry nothing I get mistakes happen but the lack of customer service is mind blowing.

Came here an hour before close, was a little slow but the employees were super sweet and apologetic. A kind woman named Mandy offered us a free dessert for our wait. Thanks guys :)

Ordering was fine. Food was cold and not hot and ordered side of cheese was told extra said no problem and arby sauce and got none of it. Brought it home to my 70 year old parents . Don't go here it's not a good spot.

Well I guess it's my fault but went back to this joke of a store. Out of 2 meals and 2 sandwiches they forgot the following 1 order of cheese sticks, 1 large curly fry 2 large drinks, and made the wrong sandwiches. This isn't the first time, it's atleast the 5th time this year. This place should be shut down until management learns how to train, and employees learn how to fulfill an order.

They left their "drive thru only" (probably an accident) sign lit during the day when the dining room was actually open with a cashier just standing there doing nothing inside waiting on nobody while drive through is slow and suffering. Every other fast food doesn't even have indoor cashiers anymore they have kiosks and if u stand at the counter someone eventually comes to take your order. If your short staffted then do that so drive through is faster. My Reuben had the least amount of meat I've ever had on an arbys sandwich and it was 12 dollars and came with a medium drink and fries. Rip off. Not sure if Reubens can be ordered with different amount of meat but the base level is unacceptable. Terrible experience today from the premium fast food joint 😕

Consistently fails to include items that were paid for.
Today, I ordered a French Dip sandwich, French DIP.....means it should come with dip.....but again didn't......FAIL...FAIL....

Horrible, horrible service from this location. It's sad because a lot of us that work in the outlet mall would go there and lately it's been nothing but rude employees and a excessive amount of time when there's nobody in front of you to get your meal .
But really it's just the rude, nasty employees especially the ones working the drive-thru tonight 11/11/24
So sad . If you don't like your job find something else.
