Ordered house salads with Greek dressing. The dressing had no taste, it was like plain oil, no sight of any seasonings. Sure nothing like Gus's! I had chicken parm that was overcooked; edges were crispy and inside was dry. Hubby's green beans looked great but had no taste; the only taste was the butter that was on them. Definitely not worth the $50 the meal cost. Next time will get takeout from Gus's.
The chicken was not hot, tasteless and cut and chewed like rubber. They replaced the meal with no question however the appetizer variety plate had ribs that were dried out and the potato skins were tasteless. The side Caesar salad was lettuce and croutons with a sprinkle of cheese. Not a good dining experience at all. I will not return.
I had the best server I've ever had at our visit to Tomato Brothers this past Saturday, February 15th. Harrison, I hope you read this and know that you're a gangster. I've never left a 100% tip before Saturday.

Tomato Brothers is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food, good service, and big portions at reasonable prices. The Chicken Parmigiana was good, though more sauce would have been appreciated. The restaurant can be busy, but the wait is worth it, and food arrives quickly even when packed. The service is attentive and friendly, with top-notch bar tenders and super sweet and patient waitresses. The employees working there are more than amazing and had a great attitude. The breadsticks were fantastic, and the ranch might be house made. It is a reliable choice for a satisfying meal with plenty to take home.
