Alot of other options to get Mexican food and this place is not one of them, tacos taste bad, burritos also equally as bad, the chicken and everything you add to your meal doesn't look good, and it tastes like hes been reheated and sitting out for a long period of time, and the food you can tell is just cheap and bad, very disappointing

This is a pretty unassuming party store burrito bar. The food was fantastic and priced fairly. Not much seating and it is attached to the party store so the atmosphere is so-so. I had the barbacoa bowl and it was very good. We had the place to ourselves right at dinner time.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE... Prices are significantly cheaper in the store and they will not honor those prices if you've already purchased online. Also there is no point in ordering online because they still do not make it until you get there. But you do get to pay the higher prices! Also portions are small.

Such a fantastic place. I've had their catering twice now (the burrito bar) and it was excellent. Very good value and a lot of food. Their in-store bowls and burritos (or tacos or quesadillas or...) are huge and flavorful. Would recommend!

Terrible service and management, and rough crowd of regular customers

Today was the first time I’ve ever been here, and I did not get a great first impression. I work with a lot of the Howell community, and a lot of people recommended I try this place. When I walked in, I was welcomed and asked what I would like. I said it was my first time here so I’m not sure yet but I explained that I don’t like rice or beans and asked what she would recommend that would be good without rice or beans. The way she responded made it sound like you are required to have rice and beans on your food. So I asked if they served Nachos with no rice or beans, and she said yes. So I ordered that with the Bang Bang Shrimp (which is the main reason why I went. Someone recommended trying the shrimp). I was told I was not allowed to have fish on my nachos. Even after I offered to pay an upcharge. I was told that I would have to pick another protein. When I asked what kind of protein I was allowed to get, she pointed at the menu, where different fish toppings were listed. So I was very confused on what I was and wasn’t allowed to have. She could have at least taken the time to point out the options that I was allowed to order. The entire time I felt like I was being rushed and an inconvenience.

I’ve worked in the service industry my entire working life, and a lot of those years I was in a manager position. I understand people have off days, but that’s not an excuse to be rude and dismissive to the customer. Especially when I am the only customer in the building.

The food tasted great, and decently priced. But I did not receive great customer service. I guess you get what you pay for.

Been wanting to try this place out for a while and finally was able to. We ordered online picked up the food and went home. Once home we realized the ground beef isn’t just “ground beef”, while we would assume it’s seasoned with traditional taco seasoning this was cooked with onions and bell pepper. My wife unfortunately is allergic to bell pepper so her entire meal had to go to waste. I know item descriptions can’t be lengthy but if you add outside of common ingredients into your items you can’t rely on standard item descriptions. Being in the industry I know we as customers should ask but I also do know it’s the establishment’s responsibility to list things. My kids enjoyed their meals however all the added peppers in everything did make them tell me it was spicy a lot…. I will say the spicy chicken I had in my burrito bowl was good. I underestimated the spicy level there as well however I still enjoyed it. I would say pricing was a bit higher than I would think it should be as many of the items add additional cost while the “base price” is on the high end already. Overall if you enjoy food with with some spice and don’t have any food allergies to worry about the food is decent just priced a bit high.

Never had a bad bowl, they make it however you want it and my grandkids like the burritos which are huge!

Great Burrito, much better size for lunch than other Burrito places!
