First time ever at a Dunkin and the lady taking our order was so nice, patient, and helpful despite having a line. The food was pretty good! The bagel bites were warm and delicious. The Croissants on our sandwiches were a little too crispy/flaky and made such a mess but they were still delicious. The hashbrowns were pretty rough - soggy and tasteless but still somehow only tasted like oil. Probably wont be getting those again. The Watermelon Lime Refresher was delicious! It tastes...
We came in on a very busy morning during balloonfest and there was definitely a lack of management. Nobody knew their orders were ready and the wait was extremely long. Tracey however at the register was phenomenal and extremely kind.
I go there often for coffee but lately they have been under filling the cups. If I am paying 6-7$ for a coffee you would think it would be the size I am paying for. At first I thought it was a one time thing but it has been the last 3 drinks I got from there. This was a large latte after I took the lid off no sips...
