Great coney/comfort style food available at George's! Located in northern Howell next to Kroger, George's is a popular, busy family restaurant with fresh, hot, well prepared food! Come try today!
Most places I eat have an item or two that are good and the rest are only ok. I've eaten here dozens of times and literally everything I've had is good, if not the best version of whatever it is. Particular favorites are the sausage biscuits and gravy, Monte Cristo, and country fried steak. Also, Heather adds a whole extra level to eating here!
Edit: I work with the elderly. Many of whom love George’s. And I can see why. Management reached out to chat after my initial review- a gesture not often made these days. Kudos for showing you care! ❤️
The same elderly I work with are also concerned about pricing. We understand everyone has to make a profit. And it’s not George’s fault that prices have gone up - we get that. But at some point, we have to acknowledge $15 pre-tip for a generic breakfast...
