Gwen at the register at this location gave exceptional customer service. She was honest there would be a ten minute wait, and the food came out hot and fresh. So, I give credit to those working in the back, too. Thanks for the great experience!!
Was waiting on my pizza to still be made. To think for a fresh one you would at least have the courtesy of cutting it properly. A quarter of the pizza is one slice, the rest are a circus mess. Im used to always going to the other one across Howell because they're more professional with everything. Literally down to the SLICE of the SLICE. Usually a good Little Ceasars, but it has been going down hill. Ordered through the portal. My pizza came up "missing" after a rush of walk in customers. The staff waited to tell me until I had been sitting there for 15 minutes. I think I will just stick to the local pizza place from here on out.
