Rude staff, the guy on the phone was talking so fast you couldn’t understand him. Pizza was so greasy, the sausage didn’t taste good at all. We got the ALL MEATY and it tasted very stale. Jets bread was hard and cold
The absolute worst service 3 separate times. If I could order from the flint location it would be more reliable. Terrible service.
Ordered pizza from Jets yesterday online and the order went through and we were given the expected delivery time. Waited over two hours for the pizza to show up before deciding it wasn’t coming. I called the store this morning, and apparently they were closed yesterday but forgot to turn off the online ordering. The person I talked to at the location was very contrite but ownership was not offering any apologies or incentives to order there again. Terrible customer service!...read full review
