McDonald's hidden gem! I come to this store almost daily and it's not just the food that has me coming back. An employee named Jess (she has a bunch of tattoos in case there's more than one jess.) is what always makes my visits special. She is super friendly and professional. She takes the time not only to remember my name, but also to ask me how I'm doing. Because she genuinely cares! My order is always correct when she is handling my food. Which used to be a problem I had at that location. I will continue coming back as long as I know she's working there! Thank you Jess for all the times you've taken care of me! You are the best!!

All I ordered was a Happy Meal for my child. They forgot to put all the side food dishes in the box. My son received his happy meal with only chicken nuggets and a toy. No dipping sauce, no french fries, no apple slices, and no beverage. As you can imagine, this was quite up setting for a four year old. And I was upset because I drove miles from the restaurant before I realized the items were missing, and I had to drive all the way back

This may seem petty but I think it adds up to a lot of money in favor of McDonalds in the long run. I went through the drive thru today (McDonalds next to Meijer). I ordered the McDouble $5 meal deal. The employee asked what sauce I wanted for the nuggets, I said ranch, then she asked what I wanted to drink, I said Diet Coke. I didn't pay attention to the total at the drive thru speaker. When I went to the pay window, it was $5.62. I thought, well, that's odd, should be $5.30. I asked for a receipt. On the receipt, it had a .30 drink upcharge. I have no idea what this is. It is only .30, but my beef is they either have false advertising (this is not a $5 meal) or they automatically upgraded me to a larger drink. The drink I got wasn't very big, so, hmmm. What is going on here? Is everyone being charged an extra .30 for every drink? If so, that's just not right.

Food is cold, stale or wrong EVERY single time. Today it was all 3 AND the pop was flat. I don’t go if I can help it but I work nearby and it’s a food desert. Regret it every time. Do yourself a favor and just throw your money directly in the trash instead.

Gave 3 stars on food cause I’m guessing it is about as lazy as night shift. You have a job. You’re in customer service. I understand it was 4 minutes until you closed. I had ordered an uber to get there. I got there at 11:02. 730 miles from home and this was my nearest option. The order was in before you closed. Have some pride about your job even if it is flipping burgers. People depend on you. Do better manager on duty. I’ll be back tomorrow to figure out my refund. Edit: worst part is I called back and asked if they would delete it so I can use the app again at the other store where they told me to go and I can’t because I have an active order at this one. SMH.

Not sure about the reviews prior to mine, but I'm newer to the area, 4th time in this one, and this is the second time I've walked in and heard a team member giving the team compliments. Wait times have been reasonable. All orders to go, so far I've made it home with with my fries still warm. Easily best of the 3 I've been to in the Howell area.

We went to McDonalds in Howell across from VG’s and pulled a giant hair out of our Big Mac! Gross!!! I was hesitant about going there tonight because we went a couple weeks ago, our sandwiches were slapped together with the bun hanging half off. For the amount McDonalds is charging for fast food, you would think they would at least work to make the food presentable and edible! We won’t be returning.
