I actually believe that the staff is HIGH! Order's are wrong, food between 2- 3pm are stail and cold. This location needs improvement on every level. I don't recommend

Went through the drive through Noone else was there took them 3 minutes to talk and ordered a coke ang sweet tea, they gave us both and the tea was unsweetened. This is sad

Was not a busy day and there was nobody in the front to take orders. There was self ordering station but nobody would take orders or call out finish orders. There were at least 15 workers behind make food but not a single person in the counter service. My food was sitting outside for a while because there was nobody to call out order nor was there a screen showing your order is done. Many people in line were furious.

I came in to grab some nuggets for the kids, as we were on a trip, and needed a quick bite. As I came in, I saw at least 4 employees standing in the back, who did see to be working. I stood at the register to order, I was the only one in there, but just kept waiting. After about 2 minutes, I thought maybe they didn't see me, so I stood in a spot and purposely made eye contact with one of them. Still, not even a, "we'll be with you in a sec ", just nothing. So I just used one of the things to order for yourself, you know, their job. So after being my own cashier, a dasher walked in. I just silently stood there waiting for my order. I've been in the store for about 5 minutes at this point, and still haven't been acknowledged. I decided to talk to the dasher, as she's been waiting a couple minutes as well, and after 10 minutes they bring my order, but never spoke to me. Just said, "order 587" and told the dasher she would be right with her. There was 1 car in the drive though, and only now, 2 customers in the store. This store is not being managed. Don't expect much.
