Hit or miss. I usually stop by after my workday via mobile orders. I'd say 50% of the time it's ready and hot and good to go, and the other 50% I'm being *told* not asked to pull forward and when I get my food after somewhere in between 5-10 mins it's usually Lukewarm or even cold because they left it under the heat lamp. McDonald's hidden gem! I come to this store almost daily and it's not just the food that has me coming back. An employee named Jess (she has a bunch of tattoos in case there's more than one jess.) is what always makes my visits special. She is super friendly and professional. Many other McDonalds will make a mess of the frappes or other drinks and hand you a disaster you do not want spreading through your car. I appreciate this has not happened to me once here. Keep up the good work.
