Waited a very long time for a fry and fountain drink, so many of the workers there were just standing around lip syncing to the music, however there was one lady there who was super helpful and running around trying to get everything everyone needed. I feel really bad for her because she kept trying to get her co workers to help and they were doing absolutely nothing!

I ordered some food and requested 6 ranch cups as i got 2 medium fries and me an my wife like ranch with our fries, they argues with my wife in the drive through saying they wont give us that many sauces after i paid for my order because we dont need that many sauces. Who are they to declare who gets what amount of sauce an what they can and cant use it for? Now i have my order with no sauce and they keep hanging up the phone at the store when im calling because they know they are wrong. The sauce costs you employees absolutely nothing. I get it your upset that you work at mcdonalds because your worthless with no skills but its no reason to go on a powertrip over some sauce cups that costs you nothing but i paid for. Im going to keep calling your store and im calling corporate.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Coffee machine was apparently broken. Then proceeded to wait nearly 20 minutes, after I paid, to recieve my single order. Meanwhile, watched the entire drive thru line get served their orders ahead of me, all of which were behind me in line.

This is complete stupidity. I get two cheese burgers thinking their on the BOGO for 1$ and they charged me 2$ for each burger. But wait a minute. Their mcdoubles are the same thing but with an extra patty and they are BOGO for 1$. This is so stupid and I'm saving all my receipts for when there's a class action lawsuit for robbing the customers. Idk if this restaurant is the only culprit or if it all McDonald's but they are potentially robbing hundreds of thousands of dollars from us every single day if it's all of the U.S. this McDonald's had no one maned at the pay window and they looked completely understaffed.
