Ordered from grub hub. Pizza salad and bread. The meat on the salad tasted spoiled and off. The pizza was ok. The boyfriend liked the bread sticks. Haven't had Buddy's in sometime and will never again. The worst 50 I ever spent. Use to love it years ago.

First time and was not at all impressed! They would not honor our coupon. Said we had to cal support for first time buyer “free” pizza. Then they forgot the ranch for our cheese bread! After spending over $50 not impressed with the taste, quality or service! Don’t waste your time.

The Henry Ford is the BEST! The consistency of the order being delicious is not there and varies by location. I do love the Buddy sauce though.

I'm from Florida and I just had Buddy's for first time. I did a review on my FB page. But the sauce is delicious and the crust crispy I never had anything like it. In Florida we only have fake NY Pizza

first time there and we instantly was seated however waited over 15 minutes without being acknowledged while several servers walked by. Customer service gets a 1. we ended up leaving and going to a place with way better service.

Service was great. Rhonda the assistant manager is amazing. Second time I’ve had the pleasure of encountering her. She is so kind to the kids and really try’s to please the customers. But I’m shocked this being a buddy’s location. Like other reviews, I don’t understand why they don’t get the premade ones like they have it Randazzos and serve those. Pizza is not the same. Expensive of course, it’s at the zoo! But my first pizza was extremely undercooked. Second thin crust. I’ll be bring lunch next time I take my son to the zoo. Or I’m trying the coney location. Has to be something decent to eat at the zoo.
Not sure why pizzas aren’t premade and sold by the slice. Seems quicker than 25 minute wait idk.

Fast turnaround between ordering and receiving our food, which came out lukewarm but still very tasty. Staff were friendly and everything was clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are low enough to access from a wheelchair or power chair, and the chairs are easy to move away from the tables. The touchscreen order tablets are a little high up, though.

Waited forever for cold slices of pizza. My daughter ordered the brownie Sundae and it took almost an hour to get it. When I finally asked about it, the girl working the food pickup desk said she just had to go back and make it. When I asked her to go back and make it due to how long we had waited, she yelled at me and told me to stop rushing her. We were on a field trip. Due to the amount of time we were waiting on something she could have walked back and made, my daughter almost missed her bus back. The employee working also was deliberately ignoring those of us who had been waiting for a while instead of answering questions. I understand it was busy, but her attitude in a food service setting was completely unacceptable. Never again.
