About KFC

KFC is very clean and the staff are extremely nice and very attentive. The location is a fantastic place to eat. The staff seem short staffed so many people need to be patient with them, but the service is often fantastic and positive. People have reported that the entire staff was on point for the experience, and the owner may see this and give the crew a nod. Orders placed through the online app or Instacart are usually ready, though sometimes the app indicates ready before the food is ready and an additional 20 minutes is needed to be prepared. When a delay happened a bundt cake was given free of charge and that was very nice. The person at the drive thru provides absolutely fantastic customer service, kind and positive. The service is described as the BEST service ever out of fast food. Orders are taken correctly, the girl said it back, and the manager said the staff are very reasonable and fast on their food. Many drive from Marlette for a family meal or chicken, and they are greeted at the counter with thank you and your welcome from two or more staff. The staff love it here and keep up the good work.
