Timmer's Maryland Chicken has been a local favorite for years, serving up delicious meals that are worth every penny. The menu features a range of options, including the popular 3-piece fish dinner with sweet potato chips and coleslaw, as well as Hand-Dipped Cod, Scrumptious Chicken Tenders, and Delicious Slow Roasted Ribs. The 20-piece Family Meal is a must-try for family gatherings. The staff are friendly, and the food is excellent. What sets Timmer's apart is their broiled, not fried, chicken, which has earned them the title of Best Chicken in the area. Customers often praise the flavorful, tender, and absolutely delicious chicken, with some calling it the best fried fish around. The sides, including macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and steak fries, are all tasty and reasonably priced. The fried fish, tenders, and fried chicken are popular choices for a no-frills, southern-style meal that feels like home. Whether ordering through the drive-thru, takeout, or dining in, guests enjoy generous portions and affordable prices, making Timmer's a go-to spot for a family meal or quick bite. The cobbler is also highly recommended, often described as to die for.
