La Casa De Rosas - Mexican Food Truck

So delicious!! My husband and I ordered chicken + beef tacos and chicken quesadilla, and a bowl with their beef and it all tasted amazing! It’s outside seating but the food is great!

After moving to Michigan, finding authentic Mexican food proved to be quite a challenge. While exploring Indian River one day, we stumbled upon this little food truck, and I’m so glad we did. The gentleman who runs it is incredibly kind, and he makes some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try!

This taco truck had one of the best veggie tacos I have ever had. We were traveling through Michigan and decided to stop here for dinner. The food came out quick and was delicious. 10/10.

Amazing food and price. Kids ate cheap and ran around to play on the hill after. Beer available next door. Flavor was outstanding. We ate so fast I forgot to get pictures. Delicious!

Chef is awesome. Food was incredible!!! Tried the soup as a starter and it was delish! Carne asada burrito and chicken breast bowl. Both were so tasty we couldn’t let a bite go to waste. Highly recommend!!
