We went there at 6 on a Saturday night. The only Caucasian people in there, the only customers in there. We were told out of brisket! Hardvto believe gor a BBQ place! I ordered a salad with chicken on it. Told out of chicken and Italian dressing. The long Island ice teas were mostly tequila and didn't taste very good at all. The bill came and the drinks were on separate bill. Which I guess is accurate because bar and restaurant are separate. But you have to read close cause...
Stopped in today with several coworkers and took advantage of the $10 lunch special. Brisket sandwich and fries. Fries were pretty good but the brisket sandwich is what will bring me back. Very moist, well prepared and flavorful. The price is right as well. Wish I could have had a cocktail but there’s always next time. See ya soon.
Very friendly staff, food was ready quick. We got the pork rib slab to split, they were perfectly seasoned. The coleslaw was pretty darn good as well, the green beans kinda reminded me of collard greens with smoked turkey, I was definitely impressed!
